Here are some common issues or questions you might encounter while working from home:
Q: How can i talk to another buzzer while working from home
Q: How can i initiate and join meetings?
A: You can use your mobile device or any other computer (buzz laptop or personal home device) to join meetings. Please download the Microsoft Teams and Zoom apps to your phone and head over

Q: I can't hear the other side, what do I do?
A: Don't panic! 😀 Please check you can hear audio in general by opening youtube and playing anything there. If there's audio coming through then it's an issue with the settings in teams/zoom application. Please follow
this guide to switch audio sources and get you going.
Q: I can't hear the other side and i've tried the previous suggestion, what do i do?
A: Always remember that you can stay on a zoom video conference using your computer and then switch to mobile phone call for audio! Step1 : Please
MUTE YOUR SPEAKER AND MICROPHONE on the laptop. Step 2: Please follow
this guide to switch audio over to your phone call.
Q: Can i always use my mobile phone for audio in a zoom meeting?
A: Yes! You sure can! When joining a meeting or during a meeting you can choose to connect audio via a phone call. Zoom will handle this for you. You can ask zoom to call your mobile number or alternatively you can dial in to the conference number that you got in the invite.
Q: Can I join the meeting with my mobile app (including video) ?
A: Yes you can! Mobile apps are a great way to do the video conference meetings like you would on whatsapp or facetime.
Q: But what if i've joined the meeting with my mobile phone and now i want to share my screen?
A: You can keep using your phone for the meeting audio and video and you can join the meeting from your laptop in parallel to share your screen! Just please make sure you MUTE YOUR SPEAKER AND MICROPHONE on the laptop.
Q: Ok, so i want to dial in but the meeting only has the US number! What went wrong?
A: When generating the meeting in zoom app, you can select which countries numbers to include on the invite. regardless of what's there, all the dial in numbers can be found here:

Result Q: How do i access the file server from home?
A: Most of the file shares (excluding resources and design) are accessible from your laptop without any further action. Just go to file explorer and click away! To access Resources and Design drives, please connect via VPN first by following
